The “Immersive Intelligence with Deep Tech” workshop, co-hosted by the U.S. Embassy in New Delhi and the University of Connecticut’s Global Affairs and the Office of the Vice President for Research (UConn OVPR), highlights the growing collaboration between the United States and India to harness deep technologies for global progress.

Aligned with the U.S. Government’s vision for a safer, stronger, and more prosperous future, the workshop focuses on fields like quantum computing, AI, cybersecurity, and intelligent automation—technologies shaping the future of the software and IT industries. The event explores how research-driven innovations can be transformed into real-world applications through enriched academic-industry collaboration and startup acceleration.
